If your child is starting school in September 2021, the deadline for applications is Wednesday 15th January 2021. The following documents must be completed and returned by this date:

Instruction for signing of Catholic Practice Reference Form
Primary School Forms. If you need a Certificate of Catholic Practice to be signed for primary transfer, please download the form from the parish website in the latest news section: www.catholicenfield.org/2020/10/certificate-of-catholic-practice/ and complete the top part. Attach it to a stamped self-addressed envelope, include a contact number, put it all in an envelope marked for the parish secretary and post it through the presbytery letterbox. The form will be posted back to you, in order to limit contact in the presbytery due to Covid-19.
If you are not successful in getting a place for your child once the places are announced in April 2020 and you wish to appeal, please download and complete the appeal form and return it to school by Friday 22th May 2020 at the latest. Appeal forms should be clearly marked "FAO the clerk to the governing body - admission appeal." For further advice, please contact the school office on 0208 363 3729.
