A fun experience for children and their parents!

This term, children from classes 1K, 1P and  1OC took part in a Story Café, where they enjoyed listening to the story of 'Jack and The Beanstalk' with their parents and siblings.  The children learnt how to interpret the title, the pictures, the ‘blurb’ at the back of the book and to phonically decode words.  Then they went on to enjoy different learning activities with their parents, carers and teachers.  They even liked having juice and a biscuit with their friends.
