Year 4 trip to St. Albans Cathedral
On the 5th February, children from Year 4 went to St Albans Cathedral. It was a really fun experience. The first activity our class did was to make mosaics. We used a square wooden plate and stuck on colourful tiles with a special grout. The second activity was learning about St Alban's story We dressed up as different characters and role-played his life story. I played the part of a soldier and my classmates played some of the other characters. My favourite part was when St Alban asked Amphibalus if he could become a Christian. We had a great day there and had our wonderful mosaics to take back to school afterwards.
