Mental Health Awareness and Wellness

In our class, we have a mental wellness area. Although you need to be physically healthy, it is just as important to be mentally healthy. In our mental wellness area, we have mindfulness colouring to relax your mind, it helps you deal with stress and to forget your worries. Also, there is a good to talk box, if you are feeling upset or stressed about something we write what it is down and put it in the box. Our teacher, Mrs Chambi looks in the box and she will help deal with all the problems. It helps us a lot to know that if there is a problem our teacher can help.
