At St George’s we want every pupil to be safe and well so they can learn and thrive.

If your child needs new medication, please complete a medical care plan — this helps us understand their needs and make sure staff can give the right support. You can download the form below, complete it and return it to the school office either by email or as a paper copy.

For the safety of your child and others, all medication must be supplied in its original packaging and clearly labelled with your child’s name, class and the exact dose. Please do not send medication into school in envelopes or unlabelled containers. Medication must be handed to the school office staff by the parent.
